Payment Details

We reserve the right to change the tour itinerary if the trip is not meeting the group minimum for certain activities (if we do so, you will be refunded any price difference).
What’s Not Included

International Flights: Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Cairo.

Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Visa Fees: Egyptian tourist visa ($25 USD) are not included and should be obtained prior to departure or upon arrival, depending on your nationality.

Flights, transfers and accommodation after leaving the group in Luxor on the 23rd of November, or from the last day of paid accommodation in Dahab. We are happy to support you in arranging your ongoing travel arrangements.

Massage & Spa: Any wellness experience & activities other what is listed as included.

Alcoholic Beverages: Available at hotels and restaurants but not included.

Meals Not Listed: Lunches and dinners outside of the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made between 1st of August and the 1st of September will result in a loss of 40% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made after the 1st of September will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

For the high interest of all our guests and the synergy of the group dynamic, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
